LouAnn Muir-Hutchinson, GPHR Vice President, Consulting Services Veritude, Fidelity Investments

LouAnn Muir-Hutchinson is responsible for leading consulting projects on the HR Management Consulting Team. LouAnn serves as a lead consultant for external clients and also serves as the relationship manager for Fidelity Investments’ internal consulting engagements.

LouAnn has more than twenty five years of experience in business consulting services and operational line HR and IT senior management. She has lead engagements in HR strategy, service model development, HR outsourcing, change management, enterprise software systems implementations, HR and IT functional and operational management, and business process design. LouAnn has also lead over sixty formal quality improvement teams through formal certified quality engagements, including 24 teams for the US Navy.

LouAnn holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Graceland University and an M.P.H. degree from The University of Michigan, is a certified Global Professional in HR (GPHR), and is a recognized quality improvement expert (Six Sigma Black Belt equivalent).
