Janelle Cross Biography

Janelle (Benson) Cross graduated from Graceland University in May of 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health and an emphasis in Secondary Education. She played varsity volleyball and was extremely involved in the tutoring program while at Graceland. Janelle now married to Matthew Cross, also a Graceland graduate (May ’04), and is a mother of one. Janelle started her career as a Cosmetic Manager for a dermatologist in Lee’s Summit, Mo.

She now runs her own home based online business through eBay. After getting pregnant, the decision to stay in her career or quit to be a stay-at-home mom was a hard one. Financially, the decision was going to be tough, especially during this rough economic time. After researching and talking to a few experienced eBay business owners she decided to quit a month before the baby came and start her own online eBay business from home. This way she would be able to be a stay-at-home mom and still bring a significant cash flow in for her family.

After starting in August of ‘06 she is a successful eBay store owner and still loves what she does. Her store, Galwithgoods has delivered the cash flow that she and her family needed. Opening the store has been the best thing she could have done for her family.
